“Isan Boat Party: Molam Vibes and Grilled Sticky Rice on the Chao Phraya”

 

🌾This unique Molam music experience will take place on Friday, February 28, aboard the Bangkok Island cruise, under the theme of “Boon Khao Jee”, an Isan (Northeastern Thai) tradition celebrated in the third lunar month.

 

Lab Sieb will feature a variety of grilled sticky rice made from carefully selected rice strains curated by @Rice Hub, perfectly paired with exquisite local rice wine (Sato) from Devanom.

 

The All-Thidsa Molam Band is known for mixing traditional Molam with modern styles, Joining are special guest performers :

การฟังหมอลำครั้งนี้ จะจัดขึ้นในวันศุกร์ ที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์นี้ บนเรือ Bangkok Island ภายใต้แนวคิด “บุญข้าวจี่” ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีในช่วงเดือนสามของวัฒนธรรมอีสาน โดยลาบเสียบจะนำเสนอข้าวจี่จากข้าวหลากหลายสายพันธุ์ ซึ่งคัดสรรค์พันธุ์ข้าวโดย @Rice Hub พร้อมกับจิบสาโทรสเลิศจาก Devanom

 

สำหรับวงหมอลำที่จะพาเราม่วนและฟ้อนอ่อนๆ บนแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยานั้นคือวง Post Molam อย่าง All-Thidsa Molam Band พร้อมแขกรับเชิญหมอลำกลอนและหมอลำกลอนประยุกต์สำเนียงกินใจไฟลุกพรึบ อย่าง โบว์ดำ ลำซิ่ง และ หมอลำทองโอ๊ต ดาวคะนอง
