Starting with guided breathwork and subtle movements to bring attention to sensations in your body, inviting a state of presence and awareness. This mindful connection prepares the fascia to soften and open for deeper work.
The workshop combines self-myofascial release techniques with slow, intentional movement and stretches. Using props such as therapy balls or your own hands, you’ll explore areas where tension or emotional energy that may be held within the connective tissue. Insights about fascia’s role in physical health, emotions, and movement will be woven throughout, offering a holistic perspective on wellbeing.
This workshop is open to all, offering both practical tools and fresh perspectives for those looking to release restrictions, enhance mobility, and explore the connection between body, mind, and emotion.
Milena Scheuerpflug
Milena, a certified sports scientist and sports economist, developed a deep interest in fascia research during her studies. Combining her academic background with practical experience, she is passionate about promoting holistic movement and helping others unlock the potential of their connective tissue for improved wellbeing and mobility.
